AbbyShot's Online Return Policy

It’s OK to change your mind! We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything from AbbyShot. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or a refund!

• Refund requests must be made and received within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at info@abbyshot.com to get confirmation before shipping your item back to AbbyShot.

• If it looks like the item has travelled through the stones or been through the Battle of Culloden, we’re happy to hear it made it out in one piece (or maybe 2) but chances of getting a return could be next to none!

Refunds and Exchanges- The Nitty Gritty

• Your request will be granted once we receive your item in TIP TOP shape.
• Final sale items are only eligible for a size exchange of the same item or in-store credit.
• Sale items are final sale (excluding items purchased using discount coupons or promo codes).
• You’ll be responsible for your return shipping costs. Please keep in mind the original shipping charge will not be refunded.

Easy Returns to AbbyShot!

Step One: Send us an email at info@abbyshot.com with "REFUND REQUEST" as your subject to let us know you wish to exchange or return your item. Please wait for our approval before moving on to step two. 

Step Two: Please return your item to our warehouse with original tags attached and in the same condition as when you received it. We know that we have uncanny folding skills due to years of experience, but please use your best origami techniques to fold your garment and place it back in the original packaging to avoid damage when being delivered back to us. Please ensure you ship it back within our return policy window. Don't worry if it takes a little longer to get to us as long as it’s postmarked within the 30 days you’re good! We recommend using a tracked shipping method because we cannot exchange it if we never receive it! Sending us the tracking number will also speed up the process.

Step Three: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and set in motion your selected option for an exchange, refund, or in-store credit!

International Returns

If your item was shipped to you from outside your country, please make sure you contact us at info@abbyshot.com before shipping it back to us. AbbyShot does not accept unauthorized international returns.
