Black is the colour of intrigue, and sophistication. It is also the most predominantly used ‘colour’ in fashion. Black is simplistic, basic and sleek. Where would the world be without the “little black dress”?
Black is the colour used to show seniority and achievement in many forms of martial arts. It is the traditional colour that judges and lawyers wear. A “black tie” function just wouldn’t be the same in blue.
In other cultures, such as the Japanese culture, black is a symbol of age, honor and nobility. In western societies, it symbolizes mourning and bereavement. Goth and Punk would not be much without the colour black; which is also true for AbbyShot.
