Canadian Shipping:
5-8 business days for $14 CAD plus applicable taxes for anywhere in the country.

International Shipping:
8-14 business days for $14 CAD anywhere in the world outside North America (Note: Outside North America this method is not traceable but is insured for $100 CAD).
