Neck to Waist Measure from the base of your neck (where the bottom of your collar would be), straight down the center of your back, to your waistline (belly button level, NOT belt level).
Sleeve Length Measure from the outside tip of your shoulder, past your elbow, to your desired cuff length (keeping your arm slightly bent).
Chest Circumference Measure all the way around your chest at its thickest point (just under your arms).
Waist Circumference Measure around your torso at belly button height, NOT at belt height.
Shoulder Width Measure from the outside tip of one shoulder, across your back, to the outside tip of your other shoulder (the outside tip of your shoulder is normally where a fitted t-shirt seam would be).
Bicep Circumference Measure all the way around your upper arm at its thickest point, with your upper arm flexed.
Finished Length Measure from the base of your neck (where the bottom of your collar would be), to the desired hemline of the bottom of the garment.
Total Height Measure your actual total height, from the top of your head to the floor.
Upper Neck Circumference Measure the distance around the top of your neck, just below your chin.
Lower Neck Circumference
Measure the distance around the base of your neck where your neck is the thickest.

We're Really Happy With Our Purchase!
just wanted to let you all at abbyshot know that the pill jacket i ordered for my son finally arrived. everybody really thought that it was a quality built garment. we're really happy with our purchase. also Jason is a real akira fan and just loves his jacket for that reason as well.
the only real fall back on this was the extended time that production took, however having been in business myself i understand that from time to time delays occur. the one other thing that was unexpected is the delivery time. ups actually did a good job getting the package to us expediently after it was released from customs. my assumption was the jacket would arrive three days after your company made the actual shipment. so the only comment i have about that is international customers should be made aware that abbyshot or ups are out of the loop during the import process and customs pretty much has their own thing going on there.
[NOTE: The jacket was shipped through UPS on Sept-17 and delivered on Sept-23, so delivery was 4 business days after the date of shipment.]
other than that thanks a lot for such a great piece of clothing. my son was thrilled over the product, i was happy to see that i bought something that well worth the money i spent. also during the extended length of production time while checking on the status of the jacket the people at abbyshot were nice, helpful and just a pleasure to talk with.
so in ending thank you and hopefully we will do some more business in the future.

Absolutely Blown Away!
This lucky customer received a specially-commissioned Pill Jacket in February, 2008...
I just received the Pill Jacket last night and I have to tell you I am absolutely blown away by it!
It fits perfectly, and looks incredibly sharp, I could not be happier with it. I just wanted to say that everyone did a fantastic job of putting this together and executing the final product. I'm wearing it proudly and I'll definitely send you guys some pictures of it. I've already had a lot of great compliments from people who have seen it and recognize where it's from.
