This Coat Is Genuinely Beautiful
Dear Abbyshot,
Last Wednesday, I received my Lobby Trench coat. Unfortunately, I was expecting the coat to be made of a wool twill with a black kasha lining, but when I opened it, it appeared to be made of my wildest dreams. Seriously, though, thank you. This coat is genuinely beautiful, and I can't stop wearing it even when I'm inside. It was well worth every penny and I can't wait to show it off. It wouldn't hurt, either, to mention how ecstatic I am about how quickly you managed to send it off for shipping.
I'd also like to say thank you for your wonderful customer service, which I found incredibly helpful when inquiring about the coat. The quick and pleasant responses have made me think that I'd very much like to buy from you again in the future!
The only complaint I have is that the excitement generated by your amazing product caused me to struggled to sign my name properly for the delivery.

The Drape And Flow Of The Coat Is Perfect

I just received my Lobby Trench today, and all I can say is, "wow!"
The fit is perfect and snug at the chest and very roomy at the waist. The coat has the perfect V-shape-fitted look that I like to see in my suit jackets. The coat has the perfect amount of heft to it without being overly heavy, which is perfect for all seasons less summer here in San Jose, CA. And the drape and flow of the coat is perfect as I can't wait to walk head on into a gust of wind just to see how the coat behaves. Too bad I didn't find your website BEFORE the winter season. Oh well, there is always this upcoming fall and winter...

The Finest Coat I Have Ever Seen
My Lobby Trench finally arrived this afternoon. Been eagerly awaiting its arrival, especially after delays caused by snow. I have to say this is the finest coat I have ever seen and had the pleasure to wear. It is even warmer than I thought it would be so I will have no trouble tackling the British winter. I would recommend this coat to anyone with money and sense. Thanks a lot AbbyShot! Will post some pictures up soon!

This Past Monday (where did that week go...) the Matrix Lobby Trench coat i had ordered from your wonderful store arrived.
the coat itself, is superb, the style, quality and fit of it are so perfect, its just a shame ive not managed to get any pictures. I think it is highly likely that i will buy from you again :)
but above and beyond the incredible quality of your product, your customer service has really stood out. The incredibly Polite message sent in return to my impatient questioning about delivery, the notifications of how far along in the production process the item is on your profile page, all of it leads itself to a great shopping experience, something which, in my eperience, many E-stores lack.

Quite Possibly the Finest Coat I Have Ever Seen!
Oh my good God! This is quite possibly the finest coat I have ever seen not too mention wore! The fitting is perfect, the style is not only accurate but goes over and beyond anything of what I was expecting! Will definitely be buying again!

The sexiest coat I've ever owned!
I just received my Matrix Lobby trench coat, and it is by far the sexiest coat I've ever owned. It fits perfectly and it looks stunning. I'm giggling like a little schoolgirl and I absolutely love it. I'll try and get some pics of me with it this weekend. A beautifully crafted piece of apparel!
I just got my new Lobby Trench Today!!! I was so eager I opened the box and tore open the wrapping, and low and behold a beautifully crafted piece of apparel!
