It's the eve of Christmas eve and AbbyShot has just delivered three beautiful custom leather garments. To say that we're a just little excited about this would be the understatement of the year! If you follow this link to the newsletter, then you'll find even more info about our three new coats.
Abby's first leather creations are The Stampede Duster, the Sunstalker Trench and the Cleric Custom; which begs the question.. what's next? Well, our leather plans for 2005 include the Enigma Custom, The Mentor Trenchcoat, and the Sunstalker II Trenchcoat... oh yeah, and that Firefly coat too!! AbbyShot's foray into leather goods is probably one of the most anticipated announcements that we'll ever make. Since AbbyShot's humble beginnings, movie fans have begged us to make our fantastic garments in leather. In many cases, leather was used to make the original 'movie coat' that we have reproduced in other fabrics.

Earlier this year, we debuted three beautiful leather coats at DragonCON in Atlanta. The Stampede Duster, Cleric Custom and Sunstalker Trench all received favourable reviews from fans and customers. We're happy to share some photos of these leather coats..
As a company, AbbyShot had a lot to learn when it came to producing leather garments. From finding suppliers and purchasing equipment, to cutting the hides and sewing the pieces, we had a long way to go. Presently we awaiting the arrival of new equipment which will allow us to more efficiently sew our leather hides. When this equipment arrives and can be introduced into production shop, AbbyShot members can expect more exciting news about our leather designs. =)
