Alucard Trench is Released!

We have great news for everyone! The Alucard Trench is back and available to order right now!

Finally, you can own one of our most highly-requested Anime designs, inspired by the popular series Hellsing. This amazing coat is available in both Set Size and Custom Fit versions with a variety of features for you to discover.

Our release schedule has not yet been finalized for the proposed Alucard hat and gloves. The initial release of the coat is meant to gauge demand for other Alucard-related designs.

Current Alucard Status

The main question that Hellsing fans ask AbbyShot is, "when will the Alucard Trench be ready?" To this we have one simple answer: When we have a red fabric to use for it.

AbbyShot had actually released this garment very briefly in May 2005, but nearly immediately after releasing it, the supplier for the Alucard fabric unexpectedly stopped carrying it.

You might think that finding a replacement red fabric would be a simple task. We did too, until we tried to do it! While we can find many different red fabrics, what we're looking for is a lot more specific than just "red fabric".

We want a material that is a deep crimson red, has a rich texture, sews together well for this design, and hangs nicely in cooperation with the various features of this unique garment. Are we being picky? Some might say so, however we want our Alucard trench to be as good as it can be. When you put it on we want to you feel great. Acheiving this takes attention to all the details, from the pattern, to the construction, on out to the material.
