is a time of change it seems. Leaves are beginning to fall off the
trees, the weather becomes cooler, we've even had our first flurry of
snow! AbbyShot has seen some great changes this year and we're putting
into place the framework for other amazing changes for 2012. We can't
wait until we can not only tell you more, but invite you to be a part of
them! In the meantime, keep sharing your thoughts with us; spurring us

Dorian Bugg, better known as "Metric Jack" was the proud recipient of our new Captain Jack Harkness Coats. He loved it so much, he scheduled a professional photo shoot wearing it! We were, of course, honoured. "What
an amazing coat! I was immediately stunned at the great attention to
detail and accuracy. The fabric is a great weight and can be worn in the
cold, but is not too heavy to be worn indoors or in warmer weather for
costuming (which I do a lot). The cut is very well done and falls
perfectly. I feel like this is one of the best purchases I have ever

One of AbbyShot's longtime friends is Dee, who is a huge Mad Max fan!
He attends numerous events throughout the year, and helps us promote our

comfortable as it is stylish. I wear one of these hoodies around work
all the time and I have always been blown away by how indestructible it
is! The idea of creating a hoodie inspired by the
Kingdom Hearts Enigma Coat is genius! It also comes with a detachable
chain which creates a very unique look. My favorite feature though, is
the very handy thumb holes. Just slip your thumb in
these and all of a sudden putting on a jacket has become a whole lot

Christmas Countdown: November 13, 2011!!

November 13th is the final cut-off date if you would like
to get your order in time for Christmas. If you are dropping
hints to family and friends, start hittin' them harder with the
hints.
Instead of talking about getting some clothing from The Matrix, for example, cut out a picture of the Lobby Trench
and leave it on their pillow. Rather than talking about how much you
want to be the next Road Warrior, cut out our logo with the abbyshot.com
under the symbol and write on the back the url to the Max Jacket. Do
this several times and attach them to the fridge, add them to the place
settings at supper, litter the bathroom counter with them. Time is
getting close and so the time for subtlety is over. Of course it won't
hurt to keep the audio tape you made telling them to go to AbbyShot's website in order to buy you your Vereen Jacket
before they go off the market. Just remember to keep the tape recorder
hidden and set it to loop so that it plays over and over again as they
sleep! We have found this to be most effective!

products which you love to wear! Sometimes this is an easy task as
there are huge cries for certain products and sometimes they are more
scattered.
A
lot of our time is spent on research, as with most companies. We
research various ideas sent to us by you, and then, once a design is
chosen, we spend even more time working on the design and functionality
of the garment. We then work very closely with our licensing partner,
manufacturers and of course, internally with our design and marketing
teams to construct a garment which you will be proud to wear. Finally,
we promote the products through various channels so that more people are
aware of them.
The
ingredient, however, which makes this company and the way in which we
interact with you the best possible combination, is your enthusiasm and
the feeling we are able to infuse into the garments because of that.
It is this enthusiasm which we would like to draw on in various
ways throughout 2012 as we create an AbbyShot Ambassador program.

Cool Gadget: New Flexible Smartphones!

What
next? Okay, our fascination with all things technological found us
searching for the newest gadget. There are thousands, but this idea of a
flexible phone is all over the net in various forms. The PaperPhone is cool, but the prototype loses the sleek look of Samsung's Galaxy Skin.
A phone I can put in my back pocket that is thinner than a wallet. Read
the article. It is so much more than a phone! While Samsung
seems to be the closest to releasing their version, Nokia isn't far
behind with its Nokia Kinetic Device! So, my only question is, who will my derriere be calling every time I sit down?

 We
couldn't let the month go by without drawing attention to the joy of
all things Hallowed! One of our favourites are the absolutely awesome
pumpkin carvings which are all over the internet. You just have to
view the images and you will see what I mean. Most are far beyond the
average person's desire, but this site, Extreme Pumpkins has
some awesome photos and fun ideas that almost anyone could do!
You are limited only by your imagination! They even offer all
sorts of free patterns, tips on what to do with the seeds, how to
preserve your pumpkin and best of all, how to design your own
