Our Christmas Deadline is past...
What was that whooshing noise? Oh, it was sound of the last four weeks rushing by, taking the pre-Christmas deadline with it! That's right, as reported in our October newsletter, November 12th was our deadline for placing pre-Christmas orders. While you can of course continue to place orders, we're not able to guarantee delivery before December 24th past this point. As we do every year, we will try our best to get as much out to people as possible. So if there is a last minute Christmas purchase you need to make, let us know and we'll do everything we can to help you out. If it's simply not possible, then we will let you know.
In the meanwhile, here is a list of some products and sizes that are in stock, ready to be shipped right now. This is only a partial list of course, so if you don't see what you're looking for just ask and we'll check for you.

I'll Be Home For Christmas...
 Say hello to two old friends! No sooner has we discontued some of our products last Spring, when people started requesting them. At first we thought they were just the last scattered few who hadn't bought yet. As the months went on though we found ourselves continuing to make these "discontinued" designs. We know when to pay attention to the facts!
Thanks to e veryone's continued support, even AFTER they were no longer available, we are re-introducing the Cleric and Sunstalker designs to our web site. Is this permanent? We're going to see what the next 2-3 months bring us and then decide. For now though this means that you can once again buy these designs! Show us that listening to the public was the right thing to do and show your support for these great looking coats!

Canadian Prices On AbbyShot Web Site
If you've been following the international money markets lately then you know that 2007 has been an "interesting" year! The US Dollar has sunk the lowest it's been in many years, while many other currencies have been soaring. The Canadian Dollar in particular has been exceeding all expectations and breaking some records in it's climb in value!
Since we began AbbyShot, we've always charged for our products in Canadian Dollars. This has never been an issue in the past, in fact many people prefered this since they were lower in value than US Dollars. For the first time in over 30 years, Canadian Dollars are now worth more than US Dollars. To provide more accurate order totals for our customers, we're now only listing our prices in Canadian Dollars. We always want to be honest and thus we're making this move to avoid accidentally creating any confusion over our prices. We STILL accept American and international orders the same as always, we're just updating how our prices are displayed.
This is actually part of an ongoing process to improve online payment with AbbyShot and is something we will be continually improving over time. Soon we will be providing currency conversion built into our site so that no matter where in the world you are ordering from, you will always be able to get an accurate price. In the meantime, you can accurately convert our Canadian prices by visiting a currency exchange site like www.xe.com. As we say above, nothing has changed in how we are charging for our products, just in the way prices are displayed. If you have any questions about this, let us know. |
