Welcome to our second newsletter! We're still growing and improving our products and the business itself. Here are the highlights of current AbbyShot events.

Blade's Trenchcoat Goes Under The Knife
==========================
So perhaps you've been to our site recently, and perhaps you've noticed that there's a big "Under Construction" banner plastered across the Blade Trenchcoat. What's it all about? Well, it's rather simple really, we listen to our customers. You see, we released the Blade Trenchcoat and thought that we had done a pretty good job with it. However, there's no better eye for detail than a dedicated fan! We received several comments on the design, stating that while it looked great and was very close, there was one thing that could be better. After considering what they said and examining our pattern we had to agree - the collar was too big and needed to be redesigned. So that's exactly what we're doing, and we're pleased to say that we're almost done and it looks fantastic! Expect the re-release of the Blade's trench coat with all new pictures within six to ten days.

Custom Fitting Now Available!
=============================
We're quite excited to announce that we are now offering custom fitting on all our garments at no extra cost! That's right, we'll be fitting our trenchcoats to your exact measurements, and the cost for this is ZERO! As a result of this change, we'll be redesigning our order forms to include the ability to enter in your measurements. We expect to have this online and fully operational by Tuesday, which is also when we will be be making our official public announcement of this new service on our website. For all you "advance notice" people, should you decide that you absolutely MUST order a trenchcoat over the weekend, we do have a temporary solution. :-) Just place an order as per normal and then email us separately with your measurements. Which measurements you say? Why *these* measurements, of course! :-)
  1. Chest Circumference.
  2. Waist Circumference.
  3. Shoulder width (from base of neck to tip of shoulder).
  4. Sleeve Length (from shoulder tip to elbow, then measure from elbow to wrist, add the two together).
  5. Back To Waist Length (from base of neck to waist).
  6. Finished Garment Length (from base of neck to desired bottom hem).

Brand-Spanking-New Web Site!
============================
Tuesday is going to be a busy day for us. Not only will we be announcing our new custom fitting policy, but we'll also be debuting our completely revamped web site! The new site will have a much improved look as well as many features that will enhance your ability to interact with us and get what you need. We'll have several new sections, including a Suggestions page where you can not only suggest a coat, but vote on previous suggestions and see how popular they are. Another interesting feature will be our "New Projects" section, where you can go to check out upcoming projects that are under development and see how far along we are in the design-to- market process. There are many other features that we'll be unveiling, but rather than having me explain them all, you'll just have to see them for yourself on Tuesday.

Upcoming Products Overview
==========================
Here's a quick rundown on where we are with new products. These are a little more detailed than what will go in the "New Projects" section of our site, with some not being announced at all on our site for quite some time yet.
    Blade II Trenchcoat: After studying the Blade II DVD, we've finalized the design differences between the Blade's first trench coat and Blade II trenchcoat. We orginally thought the only difference was the red lining - not so! There are a number of subtle, yet distinct changes that we'll be incorporating. Expect to see this one in mid November.
    Immortal Trenchcoat: Duncan McLeod's trademark brown 3/4 length trench is almost done and we hope to have it available in late November. While not a complicated coat, it is very stylish. The only thing left to finalize is the product name, any suggestions?
    Croft Sibera Coat: The movie Tomb Raider had Laura wearing a very nice grey coat with a furred hood. We think it's worth offering to the public. Expect a late Nov - early Dec release.
    Silent Bob's Coat: Don't worry, we haven't forgotten all the Jay & Silent Bob fans out there. All I can tell you is that the design is finished and looks spot on. There's no release date yet, but bug me about it and I'll see what I can do!
    Any others? Well, yeah, but don't expect me to tell you EVERYTHING all at once!! :-)

Catch you next month,
