It's nearly the end of August and all we can think is:
"Where did the summer go?!?" ;)

Max Jacket Goes on the Road to a U.S. Car Show!

 Want to see AbbyShot's Mad Max gear up close and personal? :)
The Max Jacket (and accessories) are going to be on display THIS coming weekend at a car show that's hopefully near you!
Our friends from the Mad Max Cars website will be displaying our full line of Mad Max inspired products at Roadwar N.W.
at the LeMay Museum in Tacoma, Washington on Saturday August 29. That's right, the Mad Max Jacket, Badges, and Gloves will ALL be there for you to see in-person!
It's one of the biggest events of the year for the Mad Max Cars crew, this is from their site:
"Make sure to seek out the display of Movie & TV Cars, where you will see replicas of the Red XA Bat and Interceptor from Mad Max 1 & 2, as well as many other famous star cars. Visitors will also be able to see the over 1,000 vintage, classic and specialty automobiles, trucks, and motorcycles from the LeMay Collection, plus hundreds of local collector cars. In addition to the cars, there will be automobile-related vendor displays, and an auction of classic cars."

Got a Cool Photo? "Map Your 'Shot" Needs Your Help!

 The AbbyShot "Map Your 'Shot!" feature is growing since we announced it in last month's newsletter, but it's still hungry for more photos. Only you can help!
Just pick your location on our embedded Google Map, upload your AbbyShot photo (2 MB max), and then you'll really be a part of the AbbyShot Community!
Did you try to upload a photo last month and it's not showing up on the map now? There were some bugs to work out in the first couple of days after we launched this new feature, so if you try again we should have NO trouble adding your picture. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact us by e-mail or Skype.
Check out the photos on the map so far, add you own shot(s) and, most of all, have fun:

AbbyShot CON-test Reminder - Free Kingdom Hoodie Up for Grabs!

 We first mentioned this great new contest in our July Newsletter, but here's your friendly reminder:
Your coolest convention photo could win you a FREE Kingdom Hoodie!
We're calling it "The AbbyShot CON-test": just send in your coolest photo of your AbbyShot clothing at a convention and you could win. It could be a convention pic from this year or from 7 years ago - doesn't matter as long as it's a cool photo! We'll pick the top photos and the winner will be chosen by fans on our Blog and on Facebook.
There's 2 ways to send your photo to us:
- By e-mail using "info[at]abbyshot.com", or
- Through our new Map Your 'Shot! page
(Just mention that your photo is your entry into the CON-test)
We'll extend the deadline a TINY bit - you now have until September 14th to send us your best picture. Our September Newsletter will the mark the beginning of the photo judging.
